New Theory Proposes AI Persistence Framework
The Artificial Age Score (AAS) now functions as a cycle-level measure to track structural aging in AI systems. Researchers developed this redundancy-adjusted framework to determine if systems can operate indefinitely without unbounded decay. It uses a logarithmic penalty to evaluate component consistency. This provides a theoretical basis for managing long-term system stability.
