GxP-Agent Automates Clinical Trial Programming
Zero frontier models produced a valid subject-level analysis dataset in single-shot attempts on the new CDISC-Bench. To fix this, GxP-Agent uses a directed acyclic graph to split dataset generation into 15 domain-specific nodes. Worker agents execute these tasks with validation gates and conditional retries. This structured approach solves the catastrophic failure of monolithic LLM code generation.
