LLM Tool Fixes OpenAI Dependency Break
Version 0.32.1 of the llm tool pins OpenAI to version 3 to fix broken installations. A recent library update removed a critical httpx dependency that the tool relied on transitively. This patch restores functionality immediately. Developers should update now and expect a full migration to httpx2 in the upcoming 0.33 release.
