ASML Ramps Up EUV Machine Production
ASML plans to significantly increase production of its extreme ultraviolet (EUV) lithography machines. These systems are the only tools capable of printing the smallest transistors for high-end AI chips. The move addresses a critical bottleneck in the semiconductor supply chain. Increased output will allow Nvidia and TSMC to scale hardware capacity faster.
