Lightcone Launches $200,000 Corrigibility Research Fund
The Lightcone Infrastructure fund will award at least $200,000 in grants and prizes for corrigibility research in 2026. Half the capital targets traditional grants, with the first deadline on August 23rd. The remaining half rewards high-quality work completed this year. This initiative addresses a funding gap in alignment research compared to evals and interpretability.
