Researchers used the SilicoXplore platform and generative AI to identify potential inhibitors for the MenT3 toxin in Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The system targets the toxin's ability to block protein synthesis. This approach accelerates the discovery of candidates to combat multidrug-resistant TB strains.
