Study Analyzes GenAI Adoption Among Lifelong Learners
Researchers used PLS-SEM and fsQCA methods to analyze how lifelong learners adopt generative AI. The study applies the UTAUT2 framework to identify specific drivers of technology acceptance. Findings highlight the complex interplay between user effort and perceived utility. These results help educators design targeted training for adult learners integrating AI tools.
