LLM Tool Fixes OpenAI Dependency Bug
Version 0.32.1 of llm pins the OpenAI library to under version 3. This patch restores fresh installations after OpenAI removed httpx, breaking the tool's transitive dependency chain. Developers should update immediately to regain functionality. A subsequent 0.33 release will migrate the codebase to httpx2 to resolve the conflict permanently.
