LLM 0.32.1 Fixes OpenAI Dependency Break
Version 0.32.1 of llm pins the OpenAI library to under version 3. This patch restores fresh installs after a transitive dependency on httpx vanished in recent updates. Developers should update immediately to resolve installation failures. A future 0.33 release will permanently migrate the codebase to httpx2 to prevent further breakage.
