Amazon SageMaker now supports batch writes to its Feature Store, replacing the inefficient single-record PutRecord loop. This update eliminates connection overhead for high-throughput pipelines. A fraud-detection system ingesting 10,000 records per second across five groups no longer needs 50,000 API calls.
The Signal
ML engineers can now scale ingestion pipelines with significantly lower latency.
