Oxford Hosts AI Safety And Information Theory Symposium
Oxford University hosts the third symposium on algorithmic information theory and machine learning from July 27-29. This iteration focuses on applying AIXI to the theory and practice of AI safety. Researchers from MIRI and other foundations will discuss risk modeling and mitigations. The event targets academics refining safety frameworks for superintelligent systems.
